How to withdraw your earnings

Withdrawing your royalties is simple and secure:

  1. Log In: Access your MIXLE dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Withdrawals: Click on "Withdraw" in the sidebar or use the quick action button.
  3. Enter Amount: Specify how much you want to withdraw (must be above minimum threshold).
  4. Select Payment Method: Choose your preferred withdrawal method.
  5. Confirm Details: Review the transaction details including any fees.
  6. Submit Request: Confirm and submit your withdrawal request.

Supported payment methods

MIXLE supports multiple withdrawal methods:

PayPal

Fast and convenient. Minimum: $25. Processing: 1-2 business days.

Bank Transfer (ACH)

Direct to your bank account. Minimum: $50. Processing: 3-5 business days.

International Wire

For international recipients. Minimum: $100. Processing: 5-7 business days.

Wise (TransferWise)

Low-fee international transfers. Minimum: $25. Processing: 1-3 business days.

Typical processing times:

  • PayPal: 1-2 business days
  • Bank Transfer (US): 3-5 business days
  • International Wire: 5-7 business days
  • Wise: 1-3 business days

Setting up your payment information

Before your first withdrawal, you need to set up payment details:

  • MIXLE Processing Fee: A small fee to cover transaction processing.
  • Payment Provider Fee: Fees charged by PayPal, banks, or other providers.

  • Intermediary Banks: International wires may incur additional fees from intermediary banks.

Why was my withdrawal delayed?

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons:

  • First-Time Withdrawal: Initial withdrawals may require additional verification.
  • Large Amount: Unusually large withdrawals may be flagged for review.
  • Incomplete Verification: If your identity isn't fully verified.
  • Payment Details Error: Incorrect bank account or PayPal information.
  • Security Concerns: Suspicious activity on your account.
  • Holidays/Weekends: Banks don't process on non-business days.

Canceling a withdrawal request

Need to cancel a withdrawal? Here's what to know:

  • Pending Status: Withdrawals in "Pending" status can be canceled from your dashboard.
  • Processing Status: Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Completed Status: Completed withdrawals cannot be reversed.

To cancel a pending withdrawal:

  1. Go to Transactions > Withdrawals
  2. Find the pending withdrawal
  3. Click "Cancel" if available
  4. Funds will be returned to your balance

MIXLE processes all royalties in USD. Here's how currency works:

  • Base Currency: All balances are displayed and stored in USD.
  • Conversion: If you withdraw to a non-USD account, conversion occurs automatically.
  • Exchange Rates: We use competitive mid-market rates.
  • Wise Advantage: Using Wise often provides the best exchange rates.
