Account Settings

Keep your profile information up to date:

1. Access Settings: Click on your avatar in the top-right corner, then select "Settings".
2. Edit Profile: Go to the "Profile" tab.
3. Update Information: Edit your name, email, phone number, and other details.
4. Upload Avatar: Click on your profile picture to upload a new one.
5. Save Changes: Click "Save" to update your profile.

Regularly updating your password helps keep your account secure:

1. Go to Settings: Navigate to Settings > Security.
2. Click Change Password: Find the password section.
3. Enter Current Password: Verify your identity.
4. Create New Password: Enter a strong new password.
5. Confirm: Re-enter the new password and save.

Password Requirements:

• Minimum 8 characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character

Customize how and when you receive notifications:

1. Access Notifications: Go to Settings > Notifications.
2. Choose Categories: Select which types of notifications you want to receive.
3. Set Delivery Method: Choose email, in-app, or both.
4. Set Frequency: Instant, daily digest, or weekly summary.

Notification Types:

• Payment Notifications: When royalties are credited to your account.
• Withdrawal Updates: Status changes on withdrawal requests.
• Security Alerts: Login attempts and security changes.
• System Updates: Platform news and feature announcements.

Keep your payment methods current for seamless withdrawals:

1. Go to Payment Methods: Navigate to Settings > Payment Methods.
2. View Existing Methods: See all your saved payment methods.
3. Edit or Remove: Click the edit icon to update or remove a method.
4. Add New Method: Click "Add New" to add another payment option.
5. Set Default: Choose your preferred default withdrawal method.

Customize your display preferences:

• Language: MIXLE currently supports English. More languages coming soon.
• Currency Display: While balances are in USD, you can display estimated values in your local currency.
• Date Format: Choose between MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY formats.
• Timezone: Set your local timezone for accurate timestamp display.

Access these settings under Settings > Preferences.

If you need to close your MIXLE account:

1. Withdraw Balance: First, withdraw any remaining balance in your account.
2. Review Pending Items: Ensure no pending statements or transactions.
3. Contact Support: Submit an account closure request via Contact Us.
4. Confirm Request: You'll receive an email to confirm your closure request.
5. Account Closed: Once confirmed, your account will be deactivated.
